PakBrite Shipping Policy

At PakBrite, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and eficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy for detailed information on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery timelines.

Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays in shipping your order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after your order has been processed.

Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days after your order has been processed.

International Shipping: Shipping times vary based on the destination, typically
taking 10-21 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional customs processing times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and weight of your order. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or other fees which are the responsibility of the customer. PakBrite is not responsible for these additional costs.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking details so you can follow your shipment's progress. You can also login to your account and track
shipment progress in real time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

PakBrite is not liable for lost or damaged packages after they have been dispatched to the carrier. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@pakbritegear.com with your order number and details, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
