What is the Tri-Fin Mount and how does it work?

The Tri-Fin Mount is our patented, universal mounting system that allows you to quickly and securely attach and detach multiple PakBrite accessories such as fenders, storage capsules, and lights. It’s designed for ultimate versatility and ease of use, compatible with cylindrical and aero seat posts.

Are PakBrite products compatible with all bikes?

Our products, including fenders, lights, and storage devices are designed to be compatible with most road, gravel, and mountain bikes. The Tri-Fin Mount fits seat posts with diameters ranging from 25mm to 33mm and aero seat posts as well. We also make a Tri-Fin saddle mount option for attaching our lights and storage devices.

What’s the difference between the PakBrite Capsule Pro and the PakLite Mini?

The PakBrite Capsule Pro is a storage solution combined with a 300-lumen rear light and brake-sensing technology. It’s perfect for holding tools and gear while enhancing your bike's visibility.

The PakLite Mini is a compact but powerful 220-lumen rear light featuring brake-sensing technology and auto on/off functionality. It’s smaller in size and ideal for riders looking for a minimalist, high-output taillight solution.

Are PakBrite lights and storage devices waterproof?

Yes, all PakBrite products, including lights and fenders, are designed to withstand the elements. Our lights are rated IP67 for water and dust proof, meaning they are fully protected against heavy rain and dust, and can even withstand brief immersion in water.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How does the warranty work for PakBrite products?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all products, including lights, fenders and mounts. Please review our Warranty section for more information.

Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition. Please review our Return Policy section for more information.

PakBrite Return Policy

At PakBrite, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we got you covered! Please read the details of our return policy below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) and issue you a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or an error was made on our end. For defective or incorrect products, PakBrite will cover the return shipping fees.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a diferent size, color, or model, please contact us at support@pakbritegear.com. We will process the exchange once we receive
and inspect the returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card
statement. Then, contact your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

PakBrite Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after your order has been processed.

Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days after your order has been processed.

International Shipping: Shipping times vary based on the destination, typically
taking 10-21 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional customs processing times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and weight of your order. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or other fees which are the responsibility of the customer. PakBrite is not responsible for these additional costs.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking details so you can follow your shipment's progress. You can also login to your account and track
shipment progress in real time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

PakBrite is not liable for lost or damaged packages after they have been dispatched to the carrier. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@pakbritegear.com with your order number and details, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

PakBrite Product Warranty

PakBrite is committed to delivering top-tier performance and reliability in all our cycling products. We offer a two-year warranty from the original purchase date on all our bicycle lights, mounts, fenders or storage devices, covering any defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship for up to 2 years.

What’s Not Covered
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scufs, fading, etc.).
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence.
  • Attempts to access, modify, or tamper with electronics or batteries.
  • Water damage resulting from submersion beyond specified limits.
Claim Process

To make a claim, simply provide proof of purchase and a description or image of the defect. We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion to ensure you're back on the road as soon as possible.
